Intermittent fasting (IF)
Intermittent Fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and fasting. Rather than focusing on what to eat, it regulates when to eat. Common methods include the 16/8 method (fasting for 16 hours and eating within an 8-hour window), the 5:2 method (eating normally for five days and restricting calorie intake for two), and alternate-day fasting.
Benefits of Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent Fasting has been shown to be a great way to cleanse the body and enhance longevity. If you decide to utilize this strategy it is imperative the you maintain optimum nutrition or you can undo everything you hoped to accomplish. I list my personal preferences at the bottom of the page.
DRY FASTING

The misconception that a person can only survive for 3 days without water has been proven incorrect and the health benefits of being water deprived for 3-5 days is profound. That being said, dry fasting is , in my estimation, more difficult and one should research and understand the risks and benefits before implementing the protocol.
